The prices below are based on Three Bedroom, Two and a half bathroom Villas as described in this website, which sleeps SIX). The prices are based on self catering giving you the option to 'self cater', use the restaurant facilities on site or in the surrounding areas or buy a "Pass" to use the "All-Inclusive" systems of the neighbouring 4 Star and 5 Star hotels which are between US$35 and US$50 per person per day.

The SPECIAL prices of the Villas listed below are on a per night basis and the Villas can sleep up to SIX people.

US$145 Per Night - Durations of Any length available subject to availability.

We Do Have a VERY SPECIAL 7 Night Rate at ONLY US$699 For The Week (Very Limited Availability At This Rate) - You will NOT find this any cheaper anywhere else.

We are also taking bookings for 2008. If you are looking for a longer duration, we also rent the Villas out on a Monthly basis and Yearly basis (as we know you will fall in love with the Villas and the Area)! - This is all by negotiation.
